Intervention Three 04/04/2014

The pictures above were found from various "pod" or "green home" searches on google. they are going to be used as a precedent for the residential spaces that will be added to the roof top of our block. 

The sizes will vary based on location of the block, variety of studio vs. family oriented spaces, and availability of space.

The audience is focused on college students and small families. The students would be looking to live directly in downtown Moscow where it is lively and easy to access the university, social scenes, and restaurants. The families would be looking for a start up space that isn't too expensive, for the families that have a spouse going to the university--but is still accessible to family friendly spaces (which links another space that we are creating within the block).
